HMI Modernization — Major Beverage Manufacturer

Dale Street Technologies partnered with a major beverage manufacturer to convert a legacy HMI environment across multiple sites in North America to modern platforms. Each site had unique constraints that required different methodologies to create a robust, tailored solution.

At some sites, Rockwell Software®'s FactoryTalk® View platform was used to replace an outdated iFIX® network and ensure that operations were up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity measures. Other sites required the use of Siemens WinCC® to handle a much larger and more integrated SCADA modernization from multiple, inter-area FactoryLink applications.

Keg Washer Controls — Local Craft Brewery

Dale Street Technologies took up the call when a local craft brewery needed some help getting a keg washer up-and-running in time for the first batches to be served up. The previous version of the keg washer just wasn't cutting it when it came to proper cleaning and sanitizing practices, and we were able to work with the brewery team to quickly rewrite the program and ensure that their kegs are providing the highest-quality beer.

Truck Loadout System Expansion — Major Food Manufacturer

Dale Street Technologies was selected to provide electrical engineering and PLC/HMI programming for a major food manufacturer to increase one of its critical sites' output by adding a new truck loadout system. The new truck loadout system was seamlessly integrated into the existing AVEVA™ System Platform and Allen-Bradley® custom control system and allowed the customer to set a new record for the amount of material processed at the facility in a year — a huge accomplishment that was delivered on time and under budget.
